We were honored to meet Francis a few years ago when visiting our friends Helen and Venard Samson and we visited Francis a couple times and enjoyed attending a dance with him, and what a lovely dancer he was. Lloyd, Cecile and family, my deepest condolences on your loss. Like many others who had the privilege of growing up “a la Pointe”, I have fond memories of my many interactions with Francis. He was part of our extended family, a kind and gentle soul who we loved & respected. He was a caring individual who often checked in on people or came to the rescue when someone needed a helping hand & despite his quiet demeanor he could tell a pretty good story & have you laughing in no time. He will certainly be missed but live on in our hearts forever. I hope in the days to come you remember all the good times you shared with him and all the love he gave you throughout the years. I know he will be watching over you forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Lloyd, Cecile and family. My condolences to you during this difficult time. I have many fond memories as a little girl , growing up next door to him , of the kind , quiet man Francis was. I can still picture him riding his bicycle ! He was fortunate to have you both in his life.

Lloyd, Cecile and family We extend our deepest sympathies to you on the loss of your father, father-in-law and grandfather. Francis was a wonderful man with a heart of gold. He was very caring and would help anyone he could. After chatting with you both at the hospitall, we are certain that he enjoyed the last several years spending time with you traveling, fishing and camping. He certainly did live life to the fullest. Cherish your memories as they will help you during this difficult time. We are sure he is smiling down at you both for taking such good care of him.
