Ashley graduated from the Funeral and Allied Health Services Program at Kingstec Community College in Kentville. She is now a fully licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Being Herman and Norma's grand daughter they are very proud of her accomplishments.She is an asset to the staff at C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home Limited wish also includes her father, Kevin and mother Noreen.

Born in Little Anse, he now resides in Arichat with his wife Norma. They have two boys, Chuck and Kevin, who are both married and living in Arichat also. Herman obtained his Funeral Directors Licence in 1971 and his Embalmers License in November of 1993. He is a member of  Royal Canadian Legion Branch 150 Arichat, and the Lawrence kavanaugh Council 4607 in West Arichat.b

Born in New Jersey, U.S.A., Norma along with her husband Herman and sons, Chuck and Kevin, moved to Arichat in 1971. Norma obtained her Funeral Director and Embalmers Licenses in November of 1980. Norma strongly believes in, and is very active in the Funeral Profession.Being the first female President of the Nova Scotia Licensed Embalmers and Funeral Directors Association, past Secretary Treasurer of the Funeral Service Association of Nova Scotia for many years. In June 2004 she was appointed by the FSANS to represent them on the Board of Directors of the Funeral Service Association of Canada. On June 6, 2009 she became the 2nd female in Canadian history, to be so honored to hold the title of President of the Funeral Service Association of Canada she stayed on this Board till 2011. Norma was a past director the Planning Committee Advisory Board at Kingstec Community College with the Funeral Health and Allied Services. On October 11, 2010, Norma was certified from the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice. She received her recognition at the Certified Funeral Service Professional at a reception  held in New Orleans at the National Funeral Directors Convention. Past committee chair and coordinator for the on-site committals at Bays Watch in Peggy's Cove for Swiss Air Flight 111. Norma  is also very active in the Community. A former founding officer of the Isle Madame ATV Rider's Association in 1996, Secretary Treasurer of the Isle Madame Voluntary Fire Department; sits on the Board of Directors of the Small Options Society as Chairperson; Secretary Treasurer of the Arichat Community Development Association; Past Chairman of the Planning Committee for the Funeral Service Association of Canada's 2007 National Convention, that was held in Halifax, from June 6th  - 9th, 2007. Norma has taken numerous courses on Bereavement and Suicide Intervention. As of July 2011 she was a Government Appointee to The Nova Scotia Board of Registration of Embalmers and Funeral Directors where she was appointed as Secretary. She is now the Office Administrator to the Nova Scotia Board of Registration of Embalmers and Funeral Directors. She was also the recipient of the Continuity Award from Women in Business in 2012.

Kevin was born in Malden, Mass and moved to Arichat in 1971 along with parents, Herman and Norma. and brother Chuck. Living in Arichat,  Kevin is married to Noreen (Sampson) from Louisdale and have two children, Kyle and Ashley. Kevin obtained his Funeral Directors and Embalmers Licences in March, 1993. Being active with the Funeral Profession, Kevin is also employed with EHS, as a Paramedic.

Derek comes from Louisdale where he lives with his wife Betty Ann. They have two boys, Gilles and Craig, whom are both living away. Derek obtained his Funeral Directors Licence in November, 2000. Prior to his career as a Funeral Professional, he worked for 27 years in Retail Management of a Food Store. For the past 16 years, he has been a Memorial Counselor, for one of Atlantic Canada, largest Monument Companies. Over the past years, he has participated in many seminars: Counseling The Bereaved, The Grief Facilitators Volunteer Training Program, ASIST. Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training.
