My thoughts and prayers are with you at such a difficult time. I have some very fond memories of Mike and I liked him very much. I know he will be sadly missed.

I realize that I have not seen you in years but wanted to let you know I'll keep Mike in my prayers. I would see Mike on visits home when I was on vacation and was shocked to hear of his illness and how far it had progressed. So sorry for your loss. When Mike lived in Halifax we would see him around town and at the pub when Denis would play in the band. He never failed to stop and have a hello and little talk whenever we saw him. He will be missed. Sorry I can't come to the funeral. He will be in my prayers.
