My sympathy to your family. Arthur was a highly intelligent man of integrity and great compassion; and his advice on Tourism and Industry were greatly appreciated. His strong views on environmental issues were very helpful. He made many friends at the municipal office who enjoyed his personality and friendship (and his thoughtful xmas gifts). He will be missed by his community and many friends.
