Dear Rosalie & Family...reading all the condolences left here, leaves me wishing we had had the opportunity to meet such a kind and loving soul. This earth has so few of them left. To Billy's Family - I was fortunate to have crossed paths with Billy during the Acadian Festival last summer - it had been about 25+ years since we had seen one another. We had a wonderful chat at la Picasse and caught up on one another's lives while waiting for the fireworks. He was so content and happy and still the gentle and kind soul I knew many years before - I'll remember him this way as I'm sure many others will.
