Donald will never be forgotten, he became a very big part of our lives when he and Dad (Joe Oram) became such good friends and partners in music. His wit, his outgoing nature and the fact that he and Dad travelled to many different places and played for so many different venues allot of Benefits) to help others allot of the time; was just a testament to both of them. He always made me laugh and Dad always shared his jokes with everyone! I am not able to make it for the service with my new job, please know that I will be there in spirit.... Belinda

Thank You so much for all the beautiful music you provided for the community and away. It showed each time you picked up your fiddle, gave that glance across the room, making some comment, usually about Carl, or a visitor, that beautiful smile and the terrific tunes. I remember the time I brought you a yellow rose when you were on stage, to see the expression on your face and the comment you made saying: I feel like a celebrity.
