Dear Adrian, Vivian, Mary Agnes, Darlene & Families: We want to let you know our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time! Sincere sympathy to you all on your loss. I had an enjoyable visit with your Dad about a year ago (with Mom & Dad). He had such a good memory and told great stories. You were all so good to him and I am so happy he was able to stay in his home and only spend a few days in the hospital. I have fond memories of my childhood days visiting your mom & dad, Vivian & Mary Agnes babysitting the five of us and the first wedding I remember attending was Vivian and Howard's! Take care, Imelda (MacIntyre) & Lewis Farrell Antigonish, NS

Dear Adrian,Tena, Vivian, Howard,Mary Agnes,Bobby,Darlene Dave, Rhonda, Krista, Blair, Daunette, Christian, Michelle, Claudine, and Kimberly: Just a short note to let you know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry I cannot be home to see you all during this difficult time. I have a short story to share: One day at Ervin Touesnard's it was butchering time. Gerald was over to put the bull down, and a young and energetic Clow kid was there with knife in hand with no idea where to start. Gerald soon to care of his part, and guided me through step by step while I was helping out. Since this day, he and I would joke each time we met, planning to go a steal one of Ervin's bulls. Of course I would have to do the butchering. Since this day, Gerald has been one of my favourite people to run in to. There was always a warm smile, and if you were patient, you would be sure to get an old story. Each time we spoke, it was like someone was glad we were speaking. This I will miss very much. Take Care and God Bless, Charles
Dear Mayna, Bobby, Christian, Michelle, and the rest of the family, I am so saddened to hear of your loss and wish I could be there to help comfort you during this time. I have many fond childhood memories of Michelle's Papa, during our visits to The River. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Lots of love always, Tanya, Mo and Caitlyn. Dundee, Scotland
Dear Adrain, Tena and Family: It was with great sadness that I read the passing of Gerard. I was very fortunate to have met Gerard at Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Peter's house, on the lower road. When my wife Rosemary (Burke) and I would visit them, we would often have the pleasure of meeting Gerard there too. Gerard rolled cigarettes for Uncle Peter for years. The story telling and banter between them was priceless! The first time I met Gerard, I found out that he was Tara Lynne's Grandfather. Gerard and I would often talk music and fiddling, as I had met Tara Lynne at many fiddling events years ago, and he was so proud of her. I always looked forward to seeing Gerard at the many events and concerts at the Tara Lynne Hall. He always had a warm smile, handshake and a pleasant way about him. He will be dearly missed. Rhodes & Rosemary Kellegrew

Dear Adrian & Tena - I just learned of the passing of your father and I want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. Having lost my own father in May at the age of 88, I think I know, at least in part, how you feel. Your Dad had a good long life and what a lovely large family he leaves behind. God has been good to him. I really enjoyed looking at your collection of "Photographic Memories". So much has happened over the years - I wish we could get together over a pot of good Cape Breton tea and chat. Please extend my sincere sympathy to the rest of your family. Take care of yourselves and each other and God bless you. Clara (Miller) Nieforth
