Condolences
Dear Clara & Family, Deepest sympathy in the loss of your Father. Our thoughts are with you and yours.
The Forgeron Family, I remember "Mon oncle Albert" as the wonderful man we were always so pleased to have visit us in West Arichat. His kind (even if sometimes mischievous) manner and wonderful stories made us happy to see him. At a time like this words fail to express our sadness but you may take comfort in the sure hope that he now enjoys the eternal embrace of God's steadfast love and that he will continue to hold you all in his love from a completely new perspective. Sincere sympathy and Prayerful best wishes. Conrad & Rosemary
Clara, Stella, Pauline, John It was distressing to hear of your fathers passing. Now he and your mom can continue their journey together. It has been quite a few years since dad took me to your house for my periodic haircuts. i still have memories of clip, clip, clip, pull, ouch. Rest easy knowing that family and friends remember and grieve with you. Ken Forgeron Etobicoke, On Clara, I still have the card you sent me on Jan 17 of this year. I just haven't got around to answering it yet. I'm a typical male who takes lots of time planning before i actually start something. Ken
Uncle Elbert's Family: I am writing to you on behalf of my own family and Nicole )who just couldn't bring herself to write to you right now out of sadness). We were so sorry to hear about Uncle Elbert this past weekend and the hurt that you all must be going through. Sharon and I were so happy to visit him last summer when we visited Nova Scotia and he seemed to be in relatively good spirits. While he didn't seem to recognize me, he did make a complimentary remark (a pass I think) to the pretty girl with me (Sharon). He always had a wonderful sense of humour that I always admired and he made people very comfortable to be around him. Luc still remembers the summer that we visited when we went out in the boat with Uncle Pic and caught a dozen Cod fish in the Brad'Or Lakes. Uncle Elbert couldn't come along because Aunt Mildred wanted him to pluck the feathers from the ducks we were going to have that night for dinner. I remember Luc running across the field between Aunt Stella's and Aunt Mildred's with this huge fish to show to everyone. What a day. I think Uncle Elbert had to clean those fish too. I remember, and still laugh when Uncle Don recalled something that Uncle Elbert once said when he greeted someone at his front door. He said: "Hello, your out, come in!" It seems like a funny thing to say, but quite succinct. I think about this now because I am sure that God is saying the very same thing to Uncle Elbert in heaven: "Your out, come in." I know he is in heaven with Aunt Mildred right now. Love..........Ken
To the Forgeron Family.......Our deepest sympathy to you and your family in this time of loss. I will forever hold the memory of Albert dancing with my Mother (his Aunt - Yvonne Meunier)on her 80th birthday in West Arichat, she was so fond of him...he had such a wonderful smile. I'm sure she will be there to greet him at heaven's gate...... waiting for the next dance.
Please know that we are very sorry to hear of Albert's recent passing. Our prayers are with you all. God bless you. Rolande & Terry Poan
