Obituary of Emma Mary Mury DeCoste

DeCoste "Mury", Emma Mary - 97, West Arichat, passed away peacefully at home in West Arichat on August 5, 2010 with her loving family by her side. Born in West Arichat, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Mary Agnes (Goyetche) Mury. She is survived by daughters, Lorraine Landry (Car)l, Sorel, Quebec, Murina Babin (Howard), West Arichat, Agnes Power (Richard), Mulgrave, Clothilda Ranier (Hans), Abbortford, BC, Donalda Breen (Seward), Frankville, Emilia DeCoste, St. Gabriel, Quebec; sons, Bernard (Eliza) Glace Bay, Alexander (Edith) and Dennis (Ann) both of West Arichat; sister, Delphine Beaumont, Ancienne, Quebec; 21 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis Ernest; sons Duncan and Napoleon; sisters, Mary Louise and Viola in infancy; brothers, Alexi, Oderick, Leon, Patrick and Alfred in infancy. Visitation will be held in C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home, Arichat on Saturday from 7-9pm, and on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Farewell to celebrate the life of Emma will be held Monday morning at 11am in the Immaculate Conception Church, West Arichat, officiated by Rev. Duaine Devereaux. Burial to follow in the Immaculate Conception Parish Cemetery, West Arichat.
