Obituary of Albany Joseph David

In loving memory of Joseph Albany David, 90 of West Arichat who passed away peacefully surrounded on February 6, 2011 at the Strait Richmond Hospital in Evanston. Born in West Arichat he was the son of the late Benjamin and Stella (Covin) David. He was a wonderful father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be remembered for his caring ways and his love for a good card game. He will be sadly missed by his daugher Mary (Rudolphe) Covin-West Arichat, Grandchildren, Peter (Rhonda) Covin, David (Paula) Covin, Kathleen (Warren) Jeffrey. His great-grand children Hailey, Tyler, Cheyenne, Emily, Josh, Tanner, Emma & Chantal. He was predeceased by his wife, Kathleen (Wyrwas); sisters Mary Mury (Patrick), Pricilla David, Rose (Gerald) Marchand; mother-in-law Cassie B. (Fraser) father-in-law Alexander J. Wyrwas sister-in-law, Mary'Tootsie' Poirier, Josie (Ernest) Covin, brother-in-law, Roderick Wyrwas.Cremation has taken place. A memorial mass to celebrate Albany's life will be held Wednesday morning at 11 am in West Arichat, with Rev. Dwayne Deveau officiating. Burial to follow in West Arichat Parish Cemetery, West Arichat. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Dr. Ben Boucher ,the Nursing Staff, Doctors and the Palliative Care Unit of the Strait Richmond Hospital for their support and professionalism.
