Obituary of Stella Marie Pellerine

Stella Marie Pellerine 

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, Stella Pellerine that occurred at St. Anne Centre on January 5, 2019 at the age of 93. Born November 20,1925 in West Arichat, she was a daughter of the late William and Blanche (Marchand) Forgeron. Mom was very active in the Catholic church. She loved to sing to her grandbabies. She made the best apple pies and chocolate chip cookies. She enjoyed quilting and knitting. She is survived by her daughters,  Judy (Edwin) Forgeron, West Arichat, Linda (David) Campbell, Halifax and son Terry (Theresa) Pelrine, Hammond Plains, grandchildren, Joey, Lisa, Jennifer, Tanya, Tammy and Paul, great-grandchildren, Ashley, Abigail, Shalynn, Hillary, Campbell, Thomas, Brandon, Hayley, Dylan, Colby, Brandyn, Madison, Gavin, Evan, great-great grandchildren Payton, Wyatt, Grayson. Brother, Valma (Lucille), sisters in law Joyce Forgeron, Mathilda (Godfrey) Gaudet, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband Clayton (Pic), brothers, Albert, Anthony, Frank, Don, Urbain and Thomas (in infancy), sisters, Theresa Manual and Carmella Ivy. We would like to thank Dr. Laurie MacNeil and the wonderful staff at the St. Anne Centre for the great care they gave our mother. Visitation will be held at C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home in Arichat on Friday, May 3rd from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass to Celebrate the Life of Stella will be held Saturday morning May 4th at 11am in Our Lady of Assumption Church in Arichat with Rev. Michel Exalant presiding.
