I cared for Loretta at the Port Hawkesbury nursing home, and spent the last two days of her life as her nurse. She was a kind gentle soul, who always showed the staff love and appreciation. To her children, you all were so dedicated to her, especially the last few difficult weeks with restrictions in place. You should all be proud of yourselves for the love you gave your mom, I’m sure she was a proud to call you her children. Condolences to you all, and I hope you find comfort in her memory. ♥️

Clair, sorry for your loss. Whenever I visited PH Nursing Home, I often dropped in to visit Lillian but I never realized the lady in the room with her was your mother. She was a sweet lady. Thoughts & prayers to you & all the family especially during this added difficult time of physical distancing.

I have so many memories of your mom because every Thursday at lunch Marie & I would run over to your house from the school in Little Anse and we would make fries for lunch. She was always kind and loving for sure. May God give You comfort and sustain you with all the memories that she left behind. To you, Gerard & Lorna who lived with her and took care of her all these years, God Bless You both for that. It's not always easy to live in the same house with our parents and you gave many years to her.

My Prayers & Thoughts are with All of You during this sad time in your lives. I know she was loved for sure. You have but to look at all these people who are here because she was born. That always amazes me. Look into their eyes and she is in every one of these people.
