Condolences
So many times I thought of Helen, she was my insurance lady many years ago and I never forgot her. She was just so lovely and friendly. I moved away but always thought of her so I decided to look online to see if I could see her, she mentioned in one of our visits that she had the health issue. I was hoping I would find her doing well. She breathed elegance and genuiness. I'm sure her grandchildren will carry on the essense of her fine character. I'm sure she is at peace.
My deepest and most sincere condolences to the family of Helen Laurana Landry (nee MacLeod) .
I was only recently informed about Helen's passing.
Helen was the first person that I met when starting high school in St Peters. We were schoolmates, classmates and friends.
Friends from our teenage years and the experiences shared are some of our strongest and most treasured.
Will always Helen's smile, her love of dancing and the laugh that sometimes turned into more than a laugh, which only made everyone laugh even harder.
Helen was a much admired young lady during our high school years.
Helen's walk of life ended far too early.
I pray that Helen walks with God and in Heaven, she will be there to someday guide us all.

Helen I love you so much. Delore, you are an amazing man, and I love you like a second dad, no matter how many years pass or miles between us. Sending big love from Alberta.

To all members of Helen's family:
We were so very sad to hear of Helen's passing. She has been our go to insurance broker for many years. Helen was a beautiful person who truly cared about others. Heaven has gained a true angel! On behalf of my daughter Ciorsti and myself, our deepest sympathy to all members of her family. Helen will be dearly missed.
We send sincere condolences to Helen's family in your time of loss. We first met Helen when applying for an insurance policy at Co-operators in Halifax ,many years ago. It wasn't far into the conversation when it was discovered David was from Louisdale, the hometown of Helen's husband, Delore. From then on , any visits to the office involved business first, then catching up on news from " down home". As each grandchild was born, Helen would lovingly tell us of her closeness to them, and of course, was very proud of each one. She was truly a lady, in every sense of the word: caring , sincere, genuine. She will be greatly missed by many people outside the family, including ourselves. Our visits to Co-operators will never be the same...Sincerely, David and Colleen Sampson

To Helen’s dear family, my sincere condolences to you all. I have many memories of Helen from our years working together for The Co-operators. Helen has made me laugh many times & has been a comfort as well. I met her way back in the 90’s when she was working in Port Hawkesbury & although roles changed and our work interactions were not as frequent, we still were able to connect once in awhile. I will never forget back in 2010 when my daughter started MSVU for her masters & moved into an apartment just up the Bedford Highway from the office, telling her, if you need anything, you go to The Co-operators down the street and see Helen Landry. Helen was more than willing to be a surrogate Mom if needed. I will always remember her smile, her voice, her laugh, her jokes & her zest for life. May she Rest In Peace. Shelley Russwurm
