Obituary of Donald Wesley Samson

SAMSON, Donald Wesley 43- Port Hawkesbury It is with broken hearts that we, the family of Donald Wesley Samson are announcing his passing on March 10th, 2021 at his residence in Port Hawkesbury. Born in Glace Bay, September 13th, 1977, he was the son of Joseph Ronald and Rose Marie (Boudreau) Samson, Louisdale. Besides his parents, Wesley is survived by the love of his life and fiancé, Karen MacIntyre, Port Hawkesbury; son Gavin MacIntyre, Port Hastings; sister Amanda (Vincent) MacPherson, Lower River. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Theresa and Albany Boudreau; paternal grandparents Stanley and Idella Samson; brother Ronald and sister Geraldine, both in infancy. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral mass. Burial to take place in St. Louis Parish Cemetery, Louisdale at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, N.S. or to the charity of one’s choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home in Arichat.
