Edna, Ken and Fonda and all of your families- I’m so sorry for your loss and I’m thinking of you during this difficult time. Thinking of Art reminds me of the short time I was living with you when I had my first job.
At night, Art would sit in front of the TV and watch wrestling and seemed to really enjoy it. I remember one time talking to him about something random and he didn’t answer. Didn’t even look at me … just kept staring straight ahead . And I thought ‘Wow. I know I’m a little chatty , but this is a little rude.’ Come to find out - he was asleep the whole time , with his eyes wide open lol. Aside from that one time , lol , Art ( and all of you) always made me feel a part of your family and I will always remember Art fondly.
Sending Love

Thinking of you all at this difficult time. I have such wonderful memories of Arthur when visiting Nanny and Papa. Keeping you all in my prayers ..... Hugs
My deepest condolences to Edna, Kenny, Fonda and Marie and to the rest of the family. Arthur was a very caring and loving man that would do anything for anyone. May God help you all at this very difficult time. I certainly have lots of fine memories of him and Edna throughout the years with Jeanette and Paulie. I too, like others, remember the many dances we attended and I would just sit there and admire them so much on how well they danced with each other. It was like they were floating on a cloud. Such a pleasure to watch them. Big hugs to you all......Love Bedette.......RIP Arthur.
My heartfelt condolences to you, Edna and your family. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
To my lifelong and ever-loving friends- Terri, Ken and family during this difficult time in your lives may you seek comfort in the many special memories that you will forever carry in your mind and heart - of your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you - always

Edna, Kenny, Fonda & family,
Our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Art. As his obituary read, our fondest memories were of him and Edna on the dance floor at the Louisdale Hall for weddings and New Year's Ball. When a "jive" played we made sure that we were sitting and watching them strut their stuff ... it was too sweet to watch ! Thinking of all of you during this very difficult time !
God Bless !

As you all know I spent many hours at your house with Kenny and Arthur was like another father to me, Sunday drives and Arthur swerving in the road so we had fun in the backseat. One of my favorite meals is still spaghetti with onions and tomato soup which he loved. I'll have that for dinner on Monday in his honor. My condolences to you all.
Heartfelt condolences to the entire family. I loved watching Edna and Arthur dancing. They were true masters. Art was so giving to his community in the Lions Club and anywhere else he was needed. He will be sorely missed.

Edna, Kenny, Fonda, Marie, Wilfred & All Your Families,
In a way, it was a shock to hear of cousin Art’s passing. Due to covid, we were unable to get home the last two years, therefore was unable to see Arthur.
I had a visit with him two years ago when I was home in the summer. It was always great to see him, but was also heartbreaking as he did not know me. Arthur was in a world unknown by many which we would not wish on anyone.
We have so many great memories of him as well as Edna. I was their main babysitter as a young girl. I always felt lucky at a dance to do the “JIVE” with him. He would make me feel special even though I was not always in sync with him. He would laugh & give me a big hug. In the years later, when I could get home, we always had great games of cards at Aunt Rose & Uncle Arthurs house. Many many laughs were had. It was a great family thing too. We sure hope he is playing rummy or “45” with Muriel, Aunt Rose, Uncle Arthur & many more.If it is anything like when they played at his moms house, they are having a great time.
Arthur had a heart of GOLD. He would do anything for anybody, very loving, loved family & friends & was a great friend/ cousin to our family.
Our heart breaks for you all & sure wish we were home now.
To Edna, the love, care, patience, understanding & always by his side as you were was a love like no other. He was well taken care of. God bless you for being his right hand.
Peter & I send you all our sincere condolences. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all. Our hearts are home with you too.
Fly free with the angels Arthur. You have so earned it.
We will all cherish the great memories we have held in our hearts since he got so lost in his own world & we will never forget you Arthur.
Sending you all our love.

Condolences to the Marchand family on their loss. I knew Art from his involvement in baseball, another one of his passions in addition to what was listed in the obituary. Whether it be as a player, umpire, or fan, Art loved being involved in the game. I also knew he was devoted to his family, and therefore clearly will be sorely missed by all. May God provide you with comfort during your time of grief.
