Sending our deepest sympathy and condolences to Art, Jacinta and family on the passing of his mother, Elaine. My fondest memories of Art's mother came through us playing hockey while growing up. Our families established a long lasting friendship, filled with many wonderful experiences. Elaine was the quintessential Hockey mom! Rest easy.

My sincere condolences to the family of Elaine. I have thought of her much in my life. I remember her when she would visit my cousin Lucille at the Chickadee. Rest in peace my cousin.
My Deepest Sympathy to Art, Arty & Bradley and all Elaine's families & Friends on Elaine's passing. Elaine traveled a lot of rocky roads during her time on earth but fortunately Elaine was a very strong willed person and moved along doing the things she enjoyed anyways. Growing up with Elaine during our younger day's was a blessing, if you needed a laugh, Elaine could provide you with one at any time, just by nature she loved laughter and yet was very compassionate when someone was in need.. God Bless you Elaine you certainly deserve your Golden Wings. R.I.P. Elaine .
We were privileged to be neighbours in Maplewood Lunenburg County for a few years and we will be forever grateful for the many kindnesses afforded to us by Elaine. She is a true angel

Aunt Elaine (and Uncle Art too) was a treasured and important part of our childhood memories. When we lived in Halifax for a short time, or visited while living abroad, our outings (Bingo too), card games and laughs with Elaine were special to us and remained in our hearts till present. Although disconnected and a long time since we've visited with Elaine and Art, our hearts were always happy when thinking of Elaine. Thank you for the important part you played in our childhood Elaine. Forever humble and with grace, love AJ, Mike, and Beth. (White Rock, BC, and Peterborough, ON).
Our fondest memories of Elaine will always be of her in her garden. Her flowers were always so beautiful and she put so much of her heart into it. She was always a great neighbour and will be missed dearly. Condolences to Art and the family. Fly high with the angels Elaine.
