Jennifer Standley
My Dearest John,
My first impressions of you were your sparkling, bright blue eyes and your sweet, quiet demeanor. You also had a wonderful, playful sense of humor but it was the kind where you had to lean in to catch because you didn't like to be the center of attention. I always looked to you as if you were my 2nd Dad and I felt your love for me as a daughter. Thank you for brewing me a pot of the best Irish tea I've ever had, being a most formidable foe at Wii bowling, showing me the ropes boiling and eating my first Cape Breton lobster, and being most patient when I was just learning golf on the course at Dundee. I will miss you.
Love you always,
Jenn
