Our deepest condolences! It is so difficult to come to terms with this unexpected loss. Paula was my dearest friend and we shared so many sad and happy times together over the last 50 + years. A Friendship like ours is sometimes rare as we were friends unconditionally. She was so proud of Daniel & Leigh Ann and their accomplishments. She beamed when she got videos of her grandson, Austin, from Taiwan. She would always drop in for a tea so she could show him off. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Love you now & forever … you are at peace … until we meet again.

We were very heartbroken to hear of Paula’s passing even though we were able to visit her a few weeks ago in the hospital. I was very happy to see her no matter what condition & outcome was to come.
Paula was a great friend to my sister Jeanette & hopefully she was there to greet her along with the family before her.
Paula was also a great friend to us. She would come visit us in Brampton when she lived in Oakville & she would take Jeanette out for dinner or to her place overnight. We had many great laughs in Ontario & in seeing her in PDG.
I’m so sorry for your loss, but rest assured she is no longer in pain.

We are so very sorry we cannot attend the graveyard service as we have another funeral to attend.

Paula was a strong woman and a great mom to her two kids Dan and Leigh Ann. I spent a lot of time at their house as a kid they were a few doors down the street in Cole Harbour, NS. She will be missed! We are thinking of everyone at this difficult time.

I only knew Paula about 5 years and in that time we became good friends. She was someone I could tell something to and not be judged or have it told. I was that kind of friend to her too. We had many laughs and I probably cried a few times.
We were supposed to meet to catch up a week after she moved back to PDG but sadly never did. I was so sad to hear her news and heartbroken to get the message of her passing. I enjoyed chats with you Leigh Ann and my heart goes out to you and your brother and your families. My sincere condolences and prayers go out to you. Paula was so proud of her grandson and showed me many pictures and videos.
