Thank you Mr Boudreau for the legacy you’ve left. I’m lucky enough to be very close to one of your daughters, and granddaughters, and I’ve enjoyed many evenings being regaled with stories of you, Mémé, and your beloved island. They will live on.
Chère Célèste et famille. Mes plus sincères sympathies à toute la famille. Le Seigneur vous a béni d’un très bon mari/papa. Que son âme repose dans la paix du Christ. Lorena Landry

It is indeed a great loss to learn about the passing of Philip Joseph. His wisdom, adventurous spirit and friendly nature truly made him a handy companion. As my neighbour during our childhood years and friend to his children, he has filled our lives with countless cherished memories. He shall be deeply missed but his legacy will continue to live on through the spirit of his Children & Grandchildren.
Awe we had so many great conversations!! I loved all his fishing stories and he always asked about my girls. One of my favorite memories was bringing Cindy Day in to meet him ❤️
Very sorry to hear about the passing of your father Darryl.
It is clear that he lived a great life and had a positive impact on many folks along the way.
Take good care during this difficult time for you and your family.
Sincerely,
The executive of the PEI School Athletic Association
Phil was a great man. A awesome neighbor when we lived in pdg. He was a dear friend to my dad for many years. He was happy to know that when he went to the villa Phil would be there. He will be missed by all. Sail with the wind at your back and rest easy.
Céleste et famille,
Nos plus sincères condoléances suite au décès de Phil. Votre famille est dans nos pensées et nos prières pendant ces moments difficiles. Françoise et Ben
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. Phil was a great patriarch and I know he will be missed by your family, the community and all who had the pleasure of meeting him.
We have fond memories of visiting Petit de Grat in the summers and of course enjoying the boat rides, mackerel jigging and conversations. We remember admiring the patience Phil had with the children and the pride he exuded in his skill on the water. His talents were diverse as we also remember being very impressed with his greenhouse. He was always so generous and enjoyed sharing his culture, community and of course crab which was always a treat. We always felt welcome in the Boudreau home.
May you all find comfort in the great memories you have of your beloved dad,
Ted & Krystal Munro

My deepest condolences to you Celeste and your family. He was a lovely man and touched many hearts. He told me many stories and how much he loved his family. Very proud dad and always talked about how proud he was of his children & grandchildren. He cherished you Celeste everyday and always praised you as his loving wife. Sending you & the family many prayers to get through the difficult days xoxox
Dear Céleste and family,
Our deepest condolences on the passing of Phil. I'm sure you all have great memories !
I still have a vivid memory myself of attending my first club participation. It was a 4-H Club where a few of us boys from Gros Nez signed up to do woodworking projects with Phil once a week. I built my first birdhouse at the age of 9 or 10 and was so proud of my work. It is one of my fondest memories as a youngster growing up alongside and attending school with many of the Boudreau kids !
God Bless !
To all of Phil’s family and friends…we hope his legacy of a good life lived, having known the love of family and the value of hard work. Having kept a curious mind and a friendly demeanour…that is the testimony of a life well lived.
Our condolences to all of you as you reflect, share stories and support each other.

To Phil's Family,
I was sad to hear that your Dad had passed away. I know most of the kids because a couple of the girls babysat for me when my kids were growing up and of course you Natasha went to school with Deanna. I know you have many memories of your life with your father.
To you Celeste with the help of the girls who took such good care of him in the last years when he was sick. He was Blessed to have such a loving family around him all his life. May God give you comfort as you say goodbye to your Dad, husband, brother, friend, brother-in-law, Grandfather & Great Grandfather & friend to many.
