Condolences
Our most heartfelt condolences to all of the family. Eric remembers Joe quite fondly from the service station. Thinking of you all as you remember and cherish all of those wonderful memories.
My condolences to Monica and all the Stone families. Joe was always a gentleman, where ever you saw him, a nice man. RIP Joe.
Heartfelt condolences to Monica, family and all concerned. As my sister Mary mentioned, Joe shared his given names with our father. I regret I didn't know Joe but I once saw him in a car which seemed appropriate. It was the summer of 1960, I was crossing the canal bridge headed for town when Joe passed me. I think he was driving a silver-grey 1960 Dodge or Plymouth. An unfamiliar car in town always attracted attention. At the time, if memory serves, Joe and family were living in Halifax. Although he was living elsewhere, I felt immensely proud of Joe and all of Uncle Bob's family. After so many years it is comforting that Joe returned to St. Peters with a heartful of satisfaction and wonderful memories of where he grew up. All things considered, it would appear he lived a very full and happy life. His love of God's creatures is heart-warming and noteworthy. I wish I had known this fine man. May God rest his soul......another Joe Stone ( Bernie's son ).
Dear Family & Friends of Joe's, so very sorry for your precious loss. Joe was such a nice man. Take care & God Bless. RIP Joe!

I remember Joe and Monica from the Strait Richmond Hospital where they both shared their time and compassion to the patients. They were always together and smiling. Later they were on the same unit as my dad at the Villa. I am so sorry for your loss Monica.Joe was a wonderful man.May he RIP.
