She gave so much to the community of Isle Madame and was a friend to so many!! She will be remembered and her absence noticed. I first met Claire when we were both working in Development and Peace, she in her parish and I in mine. For years she was dedicated to the education and Share Lent programs of D&P and was a dedicated volunteer. In later years we met again playing duplicate bridge. We all knew Claire was an excellent bridge player and was not to be trifled with. She was always a lovely and gracious woman. I ate her cranberries too. Thank you, Claire. So glad to have known you. Rest in Peace.

I didn't know Claire personally altough when I did see her we always said Hi to each other. I know what a large hole it makes when the Mother of the house is no longer there. Mothers are the heart of our homes. It's never going to be the same again for you, her close family.

Her obituary says what kind of person she was. She touched many lives while she was here. Now she is free of pain and is with all those who have gone before her.
