Obituary of James Gordon Grant

Grant, Lt. (N) James Gordon - 35, Arichat, It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lt.(N) James Gordon Grant announced his sudden passing on Monday, November 12, 2012 at St. Anne's Medical Clinic in Arichat. Gordon was a member of the 235 Arrow Sea Cadet Corp., Arichat and the Isle Madame Volunteer Fire Department. He will be forever remembered and never forgotten by his loving wife Ann Marie. His precious children, Janna and William, at home; parents Roger and Gertie of Canso; siblings, Clarice (Travis) Rheanna and Grant, Jennifer (Brian) Ashton and Kyler, Roger (Alesha) Anna and brother Darrell. His very dear grandmother Verna Grant, Little Dover; his parents in law Bill and Dianna Wiseman , Massey Drive, NL. His sisters in law, Karen (Roy) Stephen; Tina (Jason) Owen and Natalie; Stephanie (Dion); and a very large number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Cecil and Margaret (Mason) Parker and his paternal grandfather Douglas Grant. Visitation will be held on Friday November 16, 2012 in C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home, Arichat from 2 - 9pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday morning, November 17, 2012 at 11 am in Our Lady of Assumption Church, Arichat. Cremation to follow.
