Jackie, Alvina, Kevin and Tracy: It was truly a pleasure getting to know your dad and hearing all his stories about fishing, growing up in NFLD, meeting your mom and moving to Little Anse, his stories were never boring and the extent of love and respect that he had for your mom was overwhelming! He was a very kind, soft spoken man who was very proud of each 32of his children and grand-children! Hoping that you find comfort in knowing that he loved you all very much and he is now with the love of his life ( your mom). Take care of each other and be proud of what your dad has accomplished! Jackie, Alvina, & the rest of Max's loving Family. My sincere condolences on the loss of a Great Man. He was an all around Gentle Man I loved spending time with him, hearing stories of his fishing life. I wish for you all to take comfort in that his passing will touch so many who knew him.
