We were so shocked and saddened to hear about James' recent passing. Although many years have passed, I still hold great memories of the visits to Petit de Grat, and how welcoming James and Lucina were when you came to their home. Mom (Helen) was very saddened by this news, also, and sends along her deepest condolences.

I remember James as a very, very kind man who valued and cherished his family very much. He would also go to great length's to help someone in need.

I was shocked when I read the obituary...Met James when we lived in Port Hawkesbury ..Dave trained James when he started with Mckenzies sales/ Oshawa foods ,then changed over to Serca..He worked with him for about 1 1/2 yrs before we moved back to NL..Dave could not have met a better man..Condolences to all of his family.

Yesterday, Arthur & I lost a very dear friend. There are so many wonderful memories that we all shared together.
