Dearest Family & Friends:
Wanting to extend our most sincere condolences on Lester's passing.
We are thinking and praying for you all during this most difficult time.
Thinking of you at this sad time. We hope you are comforted by good memories, closeness of family and support of friends. Rest in peace Lester and Muriel.
To Lester's family - Lester was a great guy and a good friend. We worked in the dockyard together. He was such a friendly, funny man and so pleasant. Last time I saw Lester was about three years ago in Halifax. Lester had a heart as big as all outdoors. I could go on and on about Lester and it all would be good. So I say to Lester's wife and family, He is at peace now with his wonderful mother. If I could build a stairway to heaven, I would build it to bring him home again. From anther dockyard matie, Larry Bowdridge and myself, Gary LaViolette. I will miss you Lester as we all will.
Our deepest condolences to Stephanie & family. Lester was a great guy, we were so privileged to have had him as a co-worker and great friend. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers

We extend our heartfelt condolences to all of you as you mourn Lester's (and Muriel's) passing. Growing up a few houses away from the Berthiers, Lester was always happy to hang out for a game of 'Picatoire' or stick ball. His heart was huge and his belly laughs were memorable. May he rest in eternal peace and may you find strength through the difficult days ahead.
